Guests are not permitted to self-serve alcohol beverages once a bartender is on site.

All bartenders are ABC licensed and reserve the right to refuse alcohol to any guest. that shows signs of inebriation and/or providing alcoholic beverages to minors.

Should circumstances arise

Bartender will offer a non-alcohol beverage

Notify venue management and/or security if present.

Notify Client or POC of situation and/or of any guests in need of supervision and to ensure the individual has a designated driver.

Request transportation for individual if a designated driver is not available.

Police may be contacted if situation escalates and deemed necessary.

Remember, we are guests of the venue/facility as well; so any requests and /or refusal of service to any guest (s) by the venue must be upheld and our bartender must comply. This includes but not limited to shut down of the bar.

Classic Bartending values our Bartenders, Clients and their guests and their safety is always a priority. Bartender's have the right to shut down the bar if conditions arise that are deemed unsafe.
Tipping...
At Classic Bartending Services of Knoxville we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service. We’re all about amazing service and good vibes! Our fantastic bartenders are dedicated to creating a clean, fun, and friendly atmosphere that you’ll love. With our lively crew, you can count on big smiles and drinks that keep the party going! Just a friendly nudge to remember to tip your bartender -after all, they’re the ones making your drinks magically appear!​

We encourage tip jars for our bartenders for all events unless requested not too; (with the exception of fundraisers). Tip jars will only be displayed at a fundraiser with permission.

Gratuity may be invoiced in advance for some events such as, Corporate Events, Rehearsal Dinners, Birthday Parties or Private Parties. (Can be discussed on intake).
Payment Policy
Welcome to Classic Bartending of Knoxville! We are committed to delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our wonderful clients. Our dedicated team collaborates closely with each client to ensure we meet their unique needs and budget. Let us help make your next event truly memorable!
Classic Bartending takes every measure to meet our client’s needs, requests and price point. Once a proposal is accepted by a client a $75 deposit will be expected to lock in their event date.
· Next payment will be due mid-point to their event
· Final payment 30 days prior to event.
o Subject to customized schedule based on event timeframe​
o Booking done within a week of an event is subject to a $75 impromptu charge.
o Bookings for any major holiday is subject to an additional fee.

Classic Bartending bills for services and time worked including but not limited to set-up and break-down of bar. All details will be invoiced for review and acceptance of all itemized charges to the client. Gratuity can be added to the overall total or may be given directly to your bartender.
